I am not a film critic, and I have never pretended to be. I do not watch with a notebook in hand or a theory waiting to be proven. I just sit down, press play, and let the story do what it wants with me. Sometimes nothing happens. Sometimes a scene stays with me for days, a line, a silence, a face in the wrong light at the right moment.
This page is not a review column. It will
not be updated regularly, and it will not cover everything worth watching. It
is simply a space for the films and series that left something behind, a
thought I could not shake, a feeling I wanted to put into words, or a story
that made me see something differently.
Occasional, honest, and entirely personal.
